Craft Art stands behind the quality of its products and services and warrants that its products will be defect-free.  We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

·         Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.

·         Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.

·         Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.

·         Damage to the products due to abuse or neglect to properly maintain.

·         Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.

Please preview any engraving information carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Craft Art does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.
