Craft Art will match any Qualifying Competitor’s price and refund 100% of the price difference. See program rules and limitations/exclusions below.
Which items does Craft Art price match?
Almost everything we sell. The item must be of identical materials, construction style and design style. Full rail board design is a critical element to identify when comparing prices; Craft Art uses only full length boards when making our wood countertops and islands and never assembles multiple boards into one length on your wood top. The item must be in stock and available for shipment within 15 days from an U.S.-based “Qualifying Producer” (defined below), whose existence we reserve the right to verify. The price you wish us to match must be verifiable (on a public Internet site, in a catalog, in a newspaper advertisement, quotation on company letterhead) and from a Qualifying Producer meeting the following conditions:
- Legitimate company specializing in wood countertops or wood islands.
- Has a public internet site
- Has an active and listed company phone number
- Has a commercial work and production facility. No residential/hobbyist producers allowed. Home office store fronts and ‘drop ship’ companies will not qualify and we highly recommend customers avoid purchasing from them, since quality and lifetime warranties cannot be assured when dealing with hobbyist manufacturers.
In order to match a price, the Qualifying Producer’s handling charges and sales tax must be taken into account when we calculate the Qualifying Producer’s price. “Gift-with-purchase“ offers cannot be considered in the price match calculation.

Our 100% Price Match Guarantee has some limitations:
- You must first purchase the item and provide a 50% deposit with Craft Art before requesting your Price Match Guarantee. Price matches will only be provided to the intended homeowner and not to any companies or individuals contracted on the homeowner’s behalf.
- Special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, and “buy one, get one” offers are not eligible.
- The item must be of identical materials, construction style and design style. Full rail board design is a critical element to identify when comparing prices.
- Craft Art will not price match any design, coordination, templating, installation or other fees/charges from another company.
- The Qualifying Competitor must not be an auction site (i.e., Ebay.com), discount site (i.e.,overstock.com ), Amazon.com, site affiliated with Amazon.com, membership club and the seller must be a manufacturer of the new (not used) item. Two main benefits of buying from an Qualifying Competitor are: 1) the product is shipped directly from the manufacturer, and 2) the product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- The Qualifying Competitor must be a U.S. Corporation or have facilities located in the United States.
- Price difference applies to the full cost of the item minus any promotions, and does not include tax.
- Item must be purchased from Craft Art to file a claim for 100% Price Match Guarantee, The Craft Art price is the price after any rebates or promotional discounts have been applied to the item.
- If claim is filed for price reduction from Craft Art the refund is for 100% of the price difference. The item must be currently listed and available from Craft Art in the same materials, construction style and design style that you purchased. 100% difference will be issued in the form of a Craft Art store credit or gift card/coupon.
- There is a limit of one guarantee claim per item (multiple claims on the same item will not be eligible).
- Guarantee only applies to purchases for personal use. Guarantee does not apply to purchases for resale or commercial purposes.
- We reserve the right to deny claims if our policy is being abused.
- We will not provide any retroactive price matches. Price matching is invalid on previously ordered products.
- Does not apply to factory-reconditioned, refurbished, closeout or previously returned items.
- Craft Art will not price match Qualifying Producers’ or our websites bonus or free offers, special offers, bundled offers, rebates, financing offers, coupons, clearance or closeout prices, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise. Photo copies of advertisements or receipts will not be accepted as verification of Qualifying Producer pricing.
- Price Guarantee applies to items for which no other offer, promotion or incentive that may otherwise be provided by Craft Art has been utilized or accepted by customer.
- Craft Art must be able to confirm the lower price, and unconfirmed prices will not be honored.
- Craft Art reserves the final right to best determine eligibility for this Price Guarantee.
- Price Guarantee is subject to change without prior notice.
- Craft Art has the right to refuse any Price Match if it is found to be unreasonable or unverifiable.
- The list of excluded items is subject to change without prior notice.
- For retail sales, the formula Craft Art will follow is to adjust our wholesale price to a retailer following our recommended MSRP markup and the dealer will match the price on a pro rata basis. Dealer participation may vary.
Which items and services aren’t available for price match?
We don’t price match our third–party providers’ products and services (e.g., custom printing), items sold on auction sites or at local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales). We don’t price match taxes and typographical errors. We don’t price match services or template/installation of our products (this service is done by our Craft Art authorized dealer). We don’t price match shipping, handling, or delivery charges. We don’t price match processing fees, taxes, etc.
How do Craft Art coupons and rebates contribute to the Craft Art price?
When calculating a price match, we’ll deduct any available Craft Art coupons, Craft Art Rebates (instant, easy or mail–in) and manufacturer rebates from the Craft Art price to arrive at a net price. For example, if you buy an item from us for $100 and we offer a $20 instant rebate, the net price is $80. If a Qualifying Producer’s price is $80 or more, we will not match the price. Another example: if you buy an item from us for $159 and you have a $30 coupon, the net price is $129. If a Qualifying Producer’s price is $125, your price match would be $4.
Will Craft Art match a Qualifying Producer’s price when combined with an instant rebate, mail–in rebate, gift check or gift card, or free or discounted item?
We’ll match a Qualifying Producer’s final price after deducting an instant rebate. If another Qualifying Producer offers a product that comes with a mail–in rebate, gift check, gift card or an equivalent, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the mail–in rebate, gift check, gift card or equivalent into account. If another Qualifying Producer offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and Craft Art does not carry the free or discounted item, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the free or discounted item into account.
Are delivery charges included in the price match?
Shipping/delivery charges are not included in the price match. Our Price Guarantee applies to the price of the item, prior to any shipping charges, handling fees, processing fees, taxes, etc.
Are quantities limited on price–matched products?
We may limit the quantities of price–matched items, particularly if the other Qualifying Producer does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.

What if the Qualifying Producer does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?
Sometimes a manufacturer will advertise a very low price for a product but have only limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the Qualifying Producer has limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. Likewise, if Craft Art has a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.
Are Craft Art services eligible for price matching?
Due to the differences in services being performed, Craft Art does not match Qualifying Producers’ service prices.
What does it mean not to match a Qualifying Producer’s price that results in a price match?
Craft Art will not price match to a local Qualifying Producer’s price that has already been reduced by a price match.
